Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns Policy and Order Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days of our original ship date and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling). Products will be accepted for refund only if (a) returned items include all of the product components in good condition, (b) a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and (c) your order number is included. Products will not be accepted for return if product packaging has been opened. For your protection, we advise that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method in case the package is lost or damaged in transit. Before returning an item to us, you must receive an RMA number from us --- to get one, simply phone us or email us (see our contact information). Your return package must have your valid RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Items that do not comply with the all of the above conditions will be refused, and no refund will be made. If returned items are received damaged, no refund will be made. Any packages returned to us that do not meet all of our return requirements and do not display a legible return address will not be returned to the customer and no refund will be made. If you are returning a product, please ensure that you add sufficient packaging material to protect the product during shipping. Pack and tape your package securely. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D.s.

Please inspect your purchase thoroughly upon delivery. Notify us of any damage, errors, or omissions in your order right away. In case of damaged merchandise, please preserve the item, shipping box, and packing materials until you receive further instructions from us. No credit or refund due to damage, errors, or omissions will be made for claims reported to us after five calendar days of delivery receipt.

Please phone or email us to report non-receipt of orders within thirty calendar days of order date. No refunds for non-receipt of orders will be made for claims reported after thirty calendar days from ship date.

Please be advised that all orders received are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless an item is out of stock (in which case we will notify you by e-mail or telephone). We ship items via courier or regular postal mail, and you should expect to receive them within a few days of ship date unless we notify you otherwise. Our policy is to notify our customers by e-mail when an order is shipped. We ship to all countries.
